A computer-addicted, South Korean couple was just recently charged and arrested for leaving their 3 month-old baby to starve to death while they raised a virtual daughter online. The 41 year-old man (Kim Yoo-chul) and his 25 year-old wife Choi Mi-sun, would spend up to 12 hours at various internet cafes raising the avatar child, while their actual daughter was left at home to starve, getting maybe one bottle per day at most. The couple had been on the run since the autopsy reports of their daughter were released.
